Bottom Line

Fort Myers Beach is a buyer-friendly market for both single-family homes and condos, but the trends are moving in the right direction with faster sales and lower supply than a year ago. For buyers who want beach living, this is one of the best windows in years to negotiate. For sellers, accurate pricing and updated, rebuilt properties are what is selling.
